The Fringe is Back Once Again, and as Always, We Are Here For It!

The fringe is back once again, and as always, we are here for it! This Payton Fringe Cardigan is a neutral-colored cardigan with soft and cozy material that brings some Western edge to your basic layering staples. It is perfect for those of you who aren’t ready to dive deep into Western fashion yet but wouldn’t mind testing the waters and incorporating a piece or two here and there to see if it’s a style that makes you feel good. The fit of this cardigan is roomy enough to layer blouses or tops underneath, but it can also be worn alone for more of an oversized fit. Here are a few suggestions for how your current style can work with this cardigan.

For my vintage fashion lovers, this first style is for you. The tiered maxi skirt with this cardigan was such a cute little duo.  [See a similar skirt that we have in stock here.] I chose to wear the cardigan by itself, with it buttoned up all the way. I tucked it into my maxi skirt and added a bronze-colored squash blossom-style necklace. The larger necklace helped to balance out the top half of my outfit and fill in the space around my neck. I added some cowhide earrings and the rich-colored Corral Midnight & Whiskey booties. Everything about this outfit brought out more of a feminine side for me.

For my business casual style friends who are looking for versatile pieces, this outfit is for you. I chose to add a basic high-neck fitted camisole tank top under the cardigan this time. I kept it buttoned up all the way but added some flare darker wash denim jeans. I picked out some silver-tip boots to go with the silver jewelry I wore. Everything for clothing in this outfit is neutral. I chose accessories like shoes, jewelry, and the bag to add personality and color to this look.

This last style could be a biker style or even old-west fashion with the leather vest and denim jeans. For this look, I swapped out the jeans for a washed-out gray distressed pair of wide-leg jeans. I layered this black vest over top of the cardigan this time and added a statement silver necklace. I added some silver concho earrings and some black booties to make this outfit come together.

It’s really hard for me to pick a favorite out of these three styles, but I’d love to hear which one is yours.  PLEASE COMMENT BELOW and let me know! Thanks again! ~Brooke
